Product Description
This is a versatile ultrasonic cutting machine for medium-sized bakeries, who have diversified products that need to be cut into different sizes and shapes, such as square, triangle, diamond etc. There are two titanium blades, each width 300 mm, exchangeable round and rectangular rotating platforms. It can cut round, tray bake, roll and loaf products, such as chilled cheesecakes, ice cream cake, classic red velvet cake, black forest gateau, chocolate roll etc.. Two round cakes can be cut at the same time. Automatic knife washing system improve food hygienic and reduce downtime. It is adoptable for commercial cake shops, bakery wholesale factories, central kitchens, caterer and caterings, and other commercial facilities.
