Product Description
This round cake cutter can slice round products, such as frozen mousse cakes, layer cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, pies and more. It uses a single ultrasonic blade to cut two products alternately and continuously, by mounting two product holders at one large round platform. This machine can cut round products with paper divider inserts. At the same time when the cakes are cut into identical slices, the rolling paper is fed, cut, and inserted automatically. The ultrasonic blade can cut frozen cakes without thawing. It can save labor costs, enhance cutting effect and increase productivity. No matter who is operating the machine, the cutting process is always constant.
