Product Description
This ultrasonic cake cutter has three 210 mm dual frequency blades. The number of blades and turntable size could be customized as required. Blades are available in different sizes. The tall blades could cut tall cakes up to 140 mm, such as triple layer cakes, Italian Christmas bread cakes (Panettone), Russian honey cakes and more. There are exchangeable round and rectangular turntables. It can cut round, tray bake, roll and loaf products. Two round cakes can be cut at the same time. Automatic knife washing system improve food hygiene and reduce downtime. It is suitable for commercial cake shops, bakery wholesale factories, central kitchens, caterers and catering, and other commercial facilities.
