Product Description
This round cake cutting machine is a high speed ultrasonic cutter suitable for medium to large bakeries and baking facilities. It uses two titanium blades moving from left to right cutting stations to cut four cakes alternately with two cakes as a group. It can cut various round products, from ambient to chilled to deep frozen. For frozen products, -12~-15 degrees are recommended to get a better cutting effect and extending service life. Cheesecakes, mousse cakes, chocolate mud cakes, mille crepe cake, red velvet, apple pie, fudge cakes are just a few examples. The operation is very easy. Just upon a few clicks on the touchscreen, it can cut your products into identical slices. Just one operator could double productivity by using this machine.
