This is an ultrasonic cutting machine for round products with the option of inserting paper dividers.  It is designed as a substitute for manually inserting cake dividers. There is no need to cut the cakes first and then insert parchment or wax paper between slices. Using this machine, cake portion and paper divider insertion are completed automatically in one operation. The ultrasonic blade can cut frozen cakes without defrosting. It can save labor costs and enhance cutting effect. No matter who is operating the machine, the cutting process is always constant. It can be used in cutting frozen mousse cakes, mille crepe cakes, cheesecakes and more.
