This entry-level cutter is initiated for small to medium bakeries. Compact design, different cutting patterns. Just one machine can cut various products. It has two titanium blades with a total width of 600 mm. Exchangeable round and rectangular turntables make it possible to cut round, sheet, roller and loaf products, such as cheesecakes, frozen mousse cake, opera cake, tiramisu, black forest gateau, cinnamon roll, chocolate roll etc.. Plus, the PLC can store different cutting patterns and sizes, which makes the operation time-saving during cutting.
